This website is an expression of my personal Christian faith, a diary of sorts, of my thoughts and ideas. A place for me to blog about my Christian journey. I am not a pastor, preacher, theologian or philosopher. Just some born again guy with a blog. Do not accept my writings here as gospel.
Exercise caution when reading my blog as my thoughts may not agree with yours. In fact, there is an excellent chance they won’t. I accept an old earth being billions of years old. A universe even older, assuming we can even imagine that beginning. I have no problem with some form of evolution. I disagree with most Protestant religions about many things, but agree that Jesus Christ is God, and faith alone in Him is our key to an eternal life.
I call myself a Modern Christ Follower. By that I mean I see no contradiction between science and faith. I focus on Jesus Christ. My faith is tied to the four gospels.
I sincerely believe that all of nature and the physical universe that God created reveals His hand. Science is not the enemy of faith.
My hope is that someone who is lost may come to see that you do not have to leave your brain at the door to church. You do not have to turn your back on science to be a believing Christian.
The Christian Faith is unlike any other faith on the planet. What other faith offers a Savior? What other faith offers the Holy Spirit within you?
Do not let false preconceptions or even false religion keep you from the love and grace that Jesus Christ offers.
Read the Book of John, and focus on what it says, not what religion thinks it says.
